What is BUZZ?
Jesus said “I came so that everyone would have life, and have it in its fullest.” John 10:10 (CEV)
BUZZ is about sharing that life together. At home, in Church, at work and at play. Connecting me and my world to God and His. BUZZ isn’t about being “churchy” but enjoying life in a group setting or just rediscovering spontaneity in a busy world.
- BUZZ clubs: Mondays - Little Stars for parent and toddlers; Wednesday Nite Club for 8-11s and Fridays - dBiz youth café for 11-17s; 1st Saturday of every month - Superstars for male carers and children under 11 years.
- BUZZ at MAIN EVENT and DEEPER: time spent connecting and chilling on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
- BUZZing life together: catch up on organised and spontaneous events via SMS or e-mail BUZZ alerts.
“If I make you light-bearers, you don’t think I’m going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I’m putting you on a light stand. Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you’ll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:15-16 (the Message)
By being generous with our lives we share faith and God’s great message of hope long before we talk Church. Connecting with people in a safe and relaxed environment is a great way to connect with God. How cool is that?
